"Error: WebForm_DoPostBackWithOptions is not defined" in pages with Validator controls.

I get the Error: WebForm_DoPostBackWithOptions is not defined in all pages with validator controls. Seems that the js files from WebResource.axd handlers are sent empty to the browser.

compressWebResourceHandler="false" excludes all .js files!

If I set compressWebResourceHandler="false", all javascript files are excluded from compression, not only those from WebResource.axd
